About The Position

This is a temporary assignment for a Stores Clerk in Enterprise Technology (ET) at the JJ Pickle Research Campus. The role involves assisting with the delivery and inventory of materials within the ET warehouse, with multiple daily deliveries to Campus locations. The assignment is expected to continue until August 31, 2026. The selected candidate must possess a current/valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.

Requirements

• High school graduation, GED or vocational school.
• 1 year of experience in receiving, storing, issuing and accounting for property in a stores unit.
• Regular and punctual attendance a must.
• Class "C" operator's driver's license.
• Must provide a current three year driving record from the current state of residence.
• If not currently a Texas resident, a Texas driver's license must be obtained within 30 days of becoming a Texas resident.

• 3 work references with their contact information; at least one reference should be from a supervisor

Nice To Haves

• More than 2 years of experience in receiving, storing, issuing, and accounting for property in a Stores unit
• Computer Skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Inventory, Driving and Delivery of product to Networking and Cabling and Construction.
• Receiving of product at the warehouse, loading and unloading of receivables.
