Orders, receives, stores, and maintains inventory of food products and supplies. Maintains all storage areas in a clean and organized condition. Conducts inventory. Places all food and supply orders for the department to maintain required levels. Receives all department deliveries following food safety guidelines. Checks deliveries for damaged, spoiled, or out of date items. Follows First In, First Out (FIFO) when putting away orders. Labels and dates items as required. May prepare and deliver floor stock items.
