About The Position

Cedars-Sinai is a nonprofit, independent healthcare organization focused on improving community health through quality healthcare services, biomedical research, and education and training for healthcare professionals. The Storekeeper supports Surgical Services by managing inventory control and maintaining an effective par-level replenishment process for medical and surgical supplies. Duties include conducting inventory counts, entering inventory data into the Materials Management Information System, putting supplies away in designated inventory locations, generating reports, and keeping par-level stocking locations neat and orderly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 2 years of inventory control experience is desired, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Some data-entry experience is preferred.
• Stand and walk most of the day.
• May be required to bend and lift up to 75 pounds.
