About The Position
The University of Iowa Health Care department of Food and Nutrition is seeking a Storekeeper to perform duties under direct supervision. The position receives and stores food and supplies from Food and Nutrition Services vendors, issues stock, and maintains supply par levels in all storage areas. Additional duties include picking and delivering orders for retail cafes, delivering nourishment items and formulas to inpatient units, and filling vending machines. This is a 50% position performed fully on campus at the University Campus in Iowa City, Iowa. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. The listed pay is $17.93 per hour. The position requires a driver’s license and the ability to meet UI Fleet Safety Standards. Successful candidates must self-disclose conviction history and undergo a criminal background check and credential/education verification. University sponsorship for employment authorization is not available for this position.
