This Storekeeper I position is for the North Berwick, ME Team and involves operating various equipment like aisle rangers, fork trucks, wrappers, hoists, and strapping machines. The role requires investigating and resolving customer complaints, performing training, and managing material flow within the shop. It also involves processing documents and using computer software such as SAP, AZURE, and PTIMS, as well as receiving, storing, and dispersing all types of materials including raw, experimental, hazardous, product, non-product, and precious metals according to procedures. Compliance with company procedures, including Environmental Health & Safety, is essential. The position is full-time, 3rd shift, Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, and is an onsite role.

Requirements

  • High School or General Equivalency Diploma
  • Must have 1 plus years experience in shipping / receiving or other materials related experience
  • This position requires lifting, data entry and PIV license to operate specific equipment to move material in shop area(s)
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Responsibilities

  • Operate a variety of equipment, Including aisle rangers, fork trucks, wrappers, hoist and strapping machines
  • Ability to safely operate a powered industrial vehicle
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Perform training when required
  • Work from schedule to flow material within the cells and in the shop
  • Prepare and process required documents and computer software, such as SAP, AZURE, PTIMS, etc.
  • Receive, store and disperse all types of material, including details, raw material, experimental, hazardous, product and non-product and precious metals according to work instructions and procedures
  • Comply with all company procedure, such as Environmental Health & Safety procedures
