About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced store environment. Team members work together to welcome customers, prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, handle checkout transactions, maintain clean store and food-service areas, and keep merchandise stocked. The role offers opportunities to develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service and to grow within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
