About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a full-time Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. Team Members provide friendly customer service and help customers throughout their Sheetz experience. The work offers opportunities to build skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with potential to grow within the company.

The role involves preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, handling checkout transactions, maintaining store, kitchen, and dining-area cleanliness, and restocking merchandise. Team Members must be able to adapt to change and communicate effectively. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month. An additional $1.50 per hour is paid for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to change.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Full-time Team Members must work four weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
