About The Position

The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment, providing customers with a welcoming and positive experience. The role involves engaging with customers, preparing and serving food and beverages to their specifications, handling checkout transactions, and maintaining the store, kitchen, and dining areas. Team members also restock merchandise and may work across sales, food preparation, and customer service as they develop their skills. The posting notes an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.
