About The Position
As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment focused on creating a positive customer experience. You’ll welcome customers, provide hospitality throughout their visit, prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, handle checkout transactions, and help maintain and stock the store. The position offers opportunities to build skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with potential to grow within Sheetz. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month. Team Members working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Full-time Team Members must work four weekend days per month.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Stock products throughout the store.
