About The Position

Join Sheetz as a Store Team Member in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on making customers smile. You will work with the team to provide hospitality throughout the customer experience and may develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service. Sheetz describes opportunities to grow within the company. The starting rate is $17.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Full-time team members are required to work four weekend days per month.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Full-time team members must work four weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Handle checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
• Work with the team to provide hospitality across the customer experience.
