About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to provide customers with a welcoming, friendly store experience in a fast-paced team environment. Team members work across sales, food preparation, and customer service, collaborating with coworkers and adapting to changing needs. The role includes preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, completing checkout transactions, maintaining store areas, and replenishing merchandise. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
