About The Position

As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you’ll work in a fast-paced team environment focused on making customers smile. You’ll provide hospitality throughout the customer experience and contribute across several store functions, including sales, food preparation, and customer service. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to change. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customers’ exact specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions while monitoring appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
