About The Position

As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment focused on making customers smile. You’ll provide hospitality throughout the customer experience, prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, handle checkout transactions, and help keep the store clean and stocked. The role offers opportunities to build skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with potential to grow within Sheetz. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Full-time Team Members must work four weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
