About The Position

Join Sheetz as a Store Team Member in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment focused on creating positive customer experiences. You will engage with customers through hospitality and support different aspects of store operations, including sales, food preparation, and customer service. The role offers opportunities to build skills and grow within Sheetz.

The starting pay is $16.00 per hour. Team members working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour. Full-time team members must work four weekend days per month. The shift needed is evenings.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Full-time team members are required to work four weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
• Work with the team to engage customers with hospitality across their Sheetz experience.
• Participate in store activities involving sales, food preparation, and customer service.
