About The Position

Join Sheetz as a Store Team Member in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on making customers smile. Team members work together to provide hospitality throughout the customer experience and may build skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to grow within the company. The stated starting rate is $15.50 per hour. An additional $1.50 per hour is paid for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The shift needed is mornings.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
