About The Position

The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment, welcoming customers and providing hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience. The role includes customer service, food and beverage preparation, checkout transactions, store cleanliness, and stocking. Team members may develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to grow within Sheetz. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month. An additional $1.50 per hour is paid for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to multitask and adapt to change.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Must occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must work four weekend days per month as a full-time Team Member.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
• Work with the team to provide hospitality across the customer experience.
