About The Position
Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio seeks a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Store Team Lead/Shift Manager to help drive success at our newest location, the Belden Village retail store. This is an opportunity for individuals with leadership experience who are eager to grow in a retail management role. Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills.
- Must pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed goals.
- Assist with various store tasks, including running the cash register, organizing merchandise, and monitoring store performance metrics.
- Foster a positive attitude and leadership presence to create a welcoming and efficient environment for customers and staff.
