About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and works with store team members to deliver a positive, hospitable customer experience. The role involves serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping the store and food-service areas clean. The position calls for a self-motivated, dependable, efficient leader with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.

Benefits

$1,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days.
Additional $1.50 per hour for working 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
