This role is responsible for driving process adoption, opening and closing the store as a manager on duty, and supporting the resolution of customer concerns with a positive outcome. The supervisor will efficiently manage all cash handling and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards. They will also supervise and provide consistent coaching on selling culture and customer connection to ensure the highest level of service and sales, and supervise the store team in the absence of other management. The role involves assessing and strategizing how to drive performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour, and other measurable KPIs), supporting the onboarding process for new hires, building relationships, and fostering a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment. Collaboration with the store team and Home Office partners on building community connections through events, driving brand awareness and engagement, and creating a compelling store experience by engaging customers and modeling the way as a visible service leader are key. The supervisor must be a brand ambassador that embodies and cultivates the company’s core values.
