Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory in retail experience.
- Valid provincial certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
- Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout your shift.
- Ability to work , climb ladder, operate machinery when necessary
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory flow, receiving, replenishment, merchandising execution, and maintaining an organized back and front-of-house
- Model professionalism, teamwork, and a strong ownership mindset.
- Assist with product rollouts, promotions, and execution.
- Verify IDs and ensure all sales follow Alberta liquor laws and company policies.
- Support the store in meeting financial targets and following cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Assist management team with execution, ensuring successful daily store operations.
- Champion Excellent customer service.
