Requirements
- Previous Starbucks leadership experience, preferably in a licensed or corporate store
- Passion for coaching and developing associates
- Strong operational and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
