About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members with high energy, a strong team mentality, and effective task prioritization and delegation. The role focuses on welcoming customers and delivering hospitality throughout their store experience, preparing food and beverages to customer specifications safely and efficiently, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and merchandising, and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work performed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Monitor products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
Lead by example and help the team deliver a hospitable customer experience.
