About The Position

We are looking for a Store Shift Supervisor who understands that cats and dogs are more than just pets – they're cherished members of the family. This role requires strong customer-service skills that would also apply to our four-legged friends. Duties include supporting team members and helping pet parents and their fur babies.

Requirements

2+ years of retail experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work flexible schedules.
Reliable transportation.
Must pass a drug screening (where allowed by law).
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

Lead team members by example, ensuring they understand and embody the company’s values.
Ensure team members comply with Wag N' Wash personnel policies and procedures.
Assign tasks and help team members manage their time.
Place special orders, fill online orders, and notify customers when orders are ready.
Complete all assignments as directed by leadership.
Reconcile cash drawers and execute end-of-day reports.
Perform nail trims on furry friends.
Perform walk-in nail trimming services to give guests the best store experience.
