Store Shift Supervisor - Wag N Wash
About The Position

Duties include supporting team members & helping pet parents and their fur babies. The mission of Wag N' Wash is to enhance the relationship and bond between companion pets and their guardians through products, services and education supporting a healthy lifestyle for pets. Our duty is to recognize, promote and foster the positive impact that pets and their guardians can have on each other.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong sales and customer service skills are a must.
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, have reliable transportation, and must pass the drug screening (where allowed by law) and be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
- Lead team members by example. Both you and your team should understand and embody the company’s values at all times.
- Ensure team members comply with Wag N' Wash personnel policies and procedures as listed in the Team Member Handbook.
- Assign tasks while helping team members manage their time.
- Place special orders, fill online orders and notify customers when orders are ready.
- Complete all assignments as directed by leadership.
- Reconcile cash drawers and execute end-of-day reports.
- Willingness to perform nail trims on our furry friends.
- Perform walk-in nail trimming services.
