About The Position

This is a part-time Store Sales Representative position (24 hours, 3 days a week) at Hillman, an industry leader in builder solutions. The role involves visiting stores to maintain displays, manage inventory, and build customer relationships. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and seeing the direct impact of their work. The position requires travel between stores in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Espanola, and necessitates owning and operating a personal vehicle for travel.

Requirements

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible)
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation
