About The Position

This is a part-time Store Sales Representative position, working 3 days a week for 24 hours. Hillman is an industry leader in builder solutions, delivering over 114,000 products to top home improvement retailers nationwide. They are looking for motivated, hands-on team members to grow with them. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and seeing the impact of their work daily. The territory will include 3 stores.

Requirements

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible)
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience
• Occasional overnight stays possible

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation
