About The Position

Crossiron Mills is seeking a Store Sales Associate to join their team. The role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered, delivering on sales, customer experience, and operational expectations, and maintaining personal and productivity goals. The associate will connect with customers by asking open-ended questions to assess needs, learn and share expertise on products and trends, and maintain product knowledge through training. Additionally, the role includes assisting with brand awareness by supporting store management with social media. The company is looking for a mature, non-student retail sales associate interested in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for future growth. Only serious candidates will be considered. Requirements

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience
• Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running environment
• Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Mature (non-student) retail sales associate
• Interested in working in a fast pace environment with room to grow in the future
