About The Position

Grant Crossing is seeking a Part-Time Store Sales Associate to join their team. The role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products, delivering on sales and customer experience expectations, and maintaining productivity goals. The associate will engage with customers, assess their needs through open-ended questions, and share product knowledge and trends. Maintaining product knowledge through training and assisting with social media for brand awareness are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience
• Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running environment
• Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
