About The Position

The Store Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations. This role involves maintaining personal and productivity goals, connecting with customers by asking open-ended questions to assess needs, and sharing expertise of products and trends. The associate will also maintain product knowledge through training and assist with brand awareness by supporting store management with social media.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience
• Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running environment
• Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
