About The Position

Ben Bridge Jeweler, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway with over 110 years of business and thirty-six stores across the United States, is seeking a Full-time Sales Associate for its store in Southcenter Mall. The company is committed to providing customers with a quality experience and jewelry that will be treasured for generations, aiming to be their jeweler for life. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine jewelry and/or watch sales, or other luxury sales. Ben Bridge Sales Associates are described as energetic, self-starters who love jewelry, building lasting relationships, and are committed to creating unforgettable moments. They exhibit enthusiasm and creativity when showcasing merchandise, work well independently, and in small, close-knit teams.

Requirements

• Goal oriented and sales driven with a passion to exceed

• Strong attention to detail and high integrity
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
• Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience, or other luxury sales experience
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations and creating a memorable experience
• Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features and benefits to all customers when presenting merchandise
• Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company supported technology
• Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces
