About The Position

Ben Bridge Jeweler, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway with over 110 years in business and thirty-six stores across the United States, is seeking a Full-time Sales Associate for its Southcenter Mall location. The company is committed to providing customers with quality jewelry and a memorable experience, aiming to build lifelong relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine jewelry, watch sales, or other luxury sales. Ben Bridge Sales Associates are described as energetic, self-starting individuals who are passionate about jewelry and building customer relationships. They excel at showcasing merchandise with enthusiasm and creativity, working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations and creating a memorable experience
  • Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features and benefits to all customer when presenting merchandise
  • Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company supported technology
  • Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces
