Store Reserved Lot Attendant
About The Position
TravelCenters of America offers a convenient, one-stop shopping experience to our customers. We carry a wide selection of name-brand products, and are stocked with Grab ‘N Go foods, groceries, snacks, electronics, maintenance supplies, and even clothing and gifts! The Customer Service Parking Attendant is a key member of the team responsible for assisting professional drivers who use our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking and general information. They ensure a pleasant environment for our customers so that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!
Requirements
- A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team!
- A great work ethic and positive attitude
- Good verbal communication skills
- Cash handling skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
- A valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
- Assist Professional Drivers who use our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking and general information
- Maintains Parking Lot cleanliness, and Fuel Island cleanliness when not assisting with Reserve-It functions.
- Follows the proper customer service sequence as outlined in the Operation Manuals.
- Prioritize your work according to the customer and management needs
- Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and customers
- Establish strong communication and rapport with management team and co-workers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
