This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading, merchandise stocking, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with Omni channel processes. The position also involves participating in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, as well as performing merchandise recovery and maintenance. Additionally, the role supports shrink and safety programs, adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and interacts positively with team members. This position requires cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other duties as assigned.
