About The Position

The Store Operations Manager at FE-MA ENTERPRISES INC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of service and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or store operations.
Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and achieving sales targets.
Experience in staff supervision, training, and development.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze financial reports and implement strategies for improvement.
Proficiency in inventory management and control.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with retail software systems and technology.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising of products.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, alongside HR, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align store operations with overall business objectives.
With help of Finance Department prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing profitability.
