This is a full-time salaried position reporting directly to the President and Vice President of Operations. You will share responsibility with a the Assistant Store Manager for all the typical roles of an Operations Manager, including hiring, scheduling, and training. Your area of specific responsibility will be focus on production of our weekly rotating menu, quality control of all our products, hiring, training, and leading the staff in delivering the best quality and customer service.
