In this LCBO store leadership role, and reporting to the Store Manager, you'll build a robust store team. Every day you'll drive store results and champion responsible retailing. Come join the LCBO team! The Role You will deliver remarkable experiences as the trusted destination for the world's wines, beers and spirits. You will drive the customer experience in store by developing a customer-first team mentality in the store's operation and program execution. You will mentor and coach a diverse store team to achieve key store objectives. You will lead all operational responsibilities at the store including budgeting, scheduling, ordering, cycle counts, merchandising, inventory management. You will uphold social responsibility practices including participation in local events and leading donation campaigns. You will oversee facilities management, resource protection, health & safety, WSIB, workplace accommodation, environmental issues and human resources.
