About The Position

This role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, and directing and supervising all functions, duties, and activities for the department. The position supports the day-to-day functions of Grocery operations, embraces the Customer 1st strategy, and encourages associates to deliver excellent customer service. It also involves demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others. City Market, based in Colorado, merged with The Kroger Company in 1983 and now serves customers in 34 stores across Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming.
