STORE/NIGHT ASST DEPT LEADER
About The Position
This role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. The associate will establish and maintain a safe, clean, and fresh environment that encourages customer return. Key responsibilities include helping to achieve sales and profit goals for the department, monitoring and controlling quality assurance standards, and supporting the day-to-day functions of Grocery Operations. In the absence of the night department leader, this role will direct and supervise all department functions, duties, and activities. The position also requires demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain a safe, clean and fresh environment that encourages customers to return.
- Help to achieve sales and profit goals established for the department.
- Monitor and control all established quality assurance standards.
- Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for department in absence of night department leader.
- Support the day-to-day functions of Grocery Operations.
