About The Position

The Store Monogrammer will be responsible for selecting items for personalization and matching guest orders. This role requires a high attention to detail to ensure that the needle and threading match guest specifications. The Monogrammer must also assess embroidered items for any frayed threading and assure quality before items are picked up by the guest. Additionally, the Monogrammer must be comfortable performing routine maintenance and upkeep on the embroidery machine.

Requirements

• 1-2 years retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred, but not required)
• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to operate embroidery machine and adhere to safety practices and policies
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
• Ability to operate POS system
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
