About The Position

The Store Merchandiser works hands-on in stores to keep products stocked, displays set, and locations customer-ready. The role supports merchandising, project execution, and store operations while building strong relationships with customers and teammates. The position is part-time on the day shift, with hours listed as 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Availability is needed on weekdays and weekends.

The team provides hands-on training and opportunities to develop new skills in a supportive, people-first culture. The role suits a dependable person who takes pride in quality work and can adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. Travel between locations may be required as scheduled and assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned, in the local pod and wider region if needed.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and teammates to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Follow safety procedures and promptly report hazards.
• Adapt to changing priorities while delivering high-quality work.
