About The Position
Lewis Bakeries, Inc. is looking for a part-time merchandiser for the Jasper, IN area to work approximately 12 hours per week. The rate of pay is $14.50 per hour. This role involves checking in and stocking product, merchandising various brands of breads and buns, physically moving product within the store, and performing some light bookkeeping. Daily inventory tracking using an electronic tablet is also required.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a cell phone
- Dependable
- Good communication skills
- Ability to get along with people
- Live locally to the area
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends
Nice To Haves
- DSD experience is helpful
Responsibilities
- Checking-in and stocking product
- Merchandising Bunny Bread and Buns, Healthy Life Bread and Buns, and the Lewis brand of breads
- Physically moving stacks of product in the store
- Some light bookkeeping
- Electronic tablet use for daily inventory required
