Requirements

  • Must be able to perform tasks that require prolonged standing.
  • May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
  • Full time status only.

Responsibilities

  • Spend 60% of time in sales, including being a leading example by providing excellent customer service, mentoring new employees, giving constructive feedback, and providing employees with their sales goals.
  • Spend 40% of time in operations, including scheduling/time and attendance, on-boarding, recruitment, employee discipline, and store maintenance.
  • Lead a team of 5-8 employees.
  • Organically cultivate teams by setting company standards and store goals through positive reinforcement.
  • Ensure proper communication and flexibility in the event of schedule mishaps or staff shortages.
