Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (hospitality, retail, sales, food service, or customer service)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Hands-on, proactive attitude with willingness to work outdoors
  • Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Travel within the Greater London area

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree or at least 2 years of college coursework may substitute for part of the required experience

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to enhance business growth and maximize sales.
  • Follow up on leads (online, phone, and walk-ins).
  • Provide on-site guidance to staff, including assisting, tasking, and training team members.
  • Engage with customers through phone, face-to-face, and email interactions, ensuring they feel valued and supported while driving strong sales performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including collections, account management, and site administration.
  • Prepare required daily, weekly, and monthly reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Open, operate, and close the site while maintaining a clean, safe, and secure environment.
  • Ensure overall site presentation and operational standards are consistently upheld.
  • Utilize hand and power tools (drills, grinders, etc.) safely and effectively
  • Complete minor repairs to gates, doors, fences, and buildings
  • Perform preventative maintenance on site infrastructure
  • Conduct basic plumbing repairs (e.g., replacing faucets, fixing leaks)
  • Complete minor asphalt and concrete patchwork
  • Assist with unit cleanouts, including furniture breakdown and debris removal
  • Coordinate external vendors for larger maintenance or repair jobs
  • Maintain and service seasonal equipment (e.g., snow blowers, salters)
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
