Requirements
- Hands-on experience in phone/computer repair (hardware and software)
- 1+ year of leadership experience — retail leadership is a big plus
- Strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A love for tech and a passion for helping people
- Drive to lead by example and create a fun, productive workplace
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of technicians and sales associates
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, and more — hands-on tech every day
- Drive store performance, exceed sales goals, and celebrate wins
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences that build loyalty and trust
- Keep operations running smoothly — manage inventory, workflow, and team scheduling
- Crush KPIs and earn uncapped bonuses for top performance
