Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center seeking an excellent leader for a full-time Store Manager position at a Jiffy Lube location in Springfield, MA. Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Relevant sales and customer service experience
- Self-motivated with excellent sales skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and delegate
- Ability to make customer service a priority
- Ability to effectively resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner
- Professional presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Passionate about the automotive industry
