About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is seeking a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Tampa, FL. This role is for an excellent leader with exceptional customer service and sales skills, who can motivate others and is looking to build a career in the automotive industry. ACE is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center focused on creating customers for life through fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The company was recognized as the franchisee of the year within the Jiffy Lube nationwide network. Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Relevant sales and customer service experience
- Self-motivated with excellent sales skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to delegate effectively
- Ability to make customer service a priority
- Ability to effectively resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner
- Professional presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Passionate about the automotive industry
