About The Position

This role is responsible for delivering a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and delivering effective front-end operations and expectations. The position leads omnichannel processes, maintains store recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises, and delivers friendly customer service. The Store Manager also assists in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements, ensuring execution of Company policies and standards, and holding the team accountable for store conditions and results. Additionally, the role ensures all front-end policies and procedures are followed, achieves KPIs, and manages the team to achieve their role KPIs. The Store Manager plans and leads the execution of class and in-store events, manages and executes shrink and safety programs, and assists with cash reconciliation and bank deposits. They also assist with inventory processes, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities, and assist with the onboarding of new Team Members. The role involves training, observing, and coaching the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to achieve results, participating in the performance management process, supporting Talent Development, and utilizing leadership competencies for continued self-development. The Store Manager serves as Manager on Duty (MOD), interacts with others positively and respectfully, promotes commitment to the organization’s vision and values, projects a positive image, and serves as a role model. They acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions. The role also participates in truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget. In select stores without a Framing Manager, responsibilities include leading the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions. Other duties as assigned.

  • Retail management experience preferred.
