Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager in high-volume fashion or luxury retail
• Demonstrated leadership experience guiding teams and partners toward shared goals and successful outcomes
• Experienced in selling high‑end merchandise with a focus on exceptional customer service
• Proven ability to create genuine customer connections and drive sales through confident, relationship‑based selling is essential
• Comfortable using social media and recruitment platforms
