About The Position

We are growing and looking for a Store Manager to join our team! At Majik, you'll build real relationships, earn bonuses, and grow your career. We are looking for a proven leader ready to step into a Store Manager role with a demonstrated ability to own a business, not just manage tasks. This role requires strong decision-making skills—confident, timely, and data-informed, with a track record of driving results in sales, collections, or operations. Experience managing and improving P&L performance (revenue, expenses, profitability) is essential. The ideal candidate has a high level of accountability, takes ownership of outcomes, and can build, coach, and hold teams accountable to performance standards. We are seeking a driven, competitive, and motivated individual to win as a team and as a leader, comfortable making tough calls and leading through change and challenges. The focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences while hitting business goals, with the ability to quickly assess a business and identify opportunities for immediate impact.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years leadership or management experience
• Strong background in sales or retail
• Proven ability to drive results and develop people
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across sales, service, and team execution
• Coach and develop team members
• Review reports and act on opportunities to improve results
• Drive revenue through customer engagement, follow-up, and closing
• Support account retention and customer follow-up
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and store standards
• Step in to lead the store when needed
• Supervise and develop a team (3–5 employees)
• Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability
• Partner with leadership on performance and growth
