Requirements

5+ years of retail management experience
Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing sales, staffing, and operational performance
Intermediate computer and digital skills
Ability to motivate teams and achieve business goals
Commitment to Goodwill's mission, culture, and continuous improvement
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day retail operations to achieve sales, production, and financial goals
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Create employee schedules and manage daily staffing needs
Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve results
Oversee merchandising, inventory, pricing, and donation growth initiatives
Ensure outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze operational performance
Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
Partner with Mission Services to support employee and participant development
Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Perform other duties as assigned
